Socio Lanka (Pvt) Ltd has a reliable staff with high communication skills in Japanese, English and Sinhala Languages. Several members of the staff, including the managing Director Mrs. Nadeeka Hettiarachchi have studied in Japan for a long period and all of them have lot of experiences regarding living in Japan. Therefore, Japanese Supervising Organizations and Implementing Organizations find it is easier to work with Socio Lanka staff.
Our Training Facilities
In our Sending Organization, we determined to send Sri Lankas who are good at Japanese communication. Before dispatching to Japan, we make our trainees are qualified in N5 and N4. Addition to that, We teach them Japanese manners, time management and Japanese culture and lifestyle using Japanese videos, animations etc.,
